WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by that certain Deed of Trust executed the 19th day of October 2007, by G. NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE
WHEREAS, by Deed of Trust dated August 10, 2005, of record in Book 360, page 784, Register’s Office of Marion County, Tennessee, HARRY RUBI AND ROSA RUBI, HUSBAND AND WIFE, did convey unto T. Mike Estes, as Trustee, a certain tract of real estate hereinafter described, to secure a certain indebtedness set out in said Deed of Trust; and
WHEREAS, FARM CREDIT MID-AMERICA, FLCA (FORMERLY FARM CREDIT SERVICES OF MID-AMERICA, FLCA), is the owner and holder of the note secured by said Deed of Trust hereinabove referred to; and

Department of the Treasury/Internal Revenue Service, the State of Tennessee Department of Revenue, or the State of Tennessee Department of Labor and Work Force Development are listed as interested parties in the advertisement, then the notice of this foreclosure is being given to them, and the sale will be subject to the applicable governmental right to redeem the property, all as required by 26 U.S.C. 7425 and T.C.A. 67-1-1433.

NOTICE OF COAL MINING RENEWAL
Tennessee Consolidated Coal Company, 1000 Pocket Road, Whitwell, Tennessee 37397, has submitted to the Office of Surface Mining (OSM) an application to renew permit number 2475 in Marion County. The existing Preparation Plant site to which this permit applies is situated on Dogwood Flat just south of the community of Griffith Creek, Tennessee as shown on the Palmer Quadrangle (99-SE). The property in this area is owed by Tennessee Consolidated Coal Company. Access to the area is off Pocket Road (off Highway 108) in Northwestern Marion County. This application is available for public review at the Marion County courthouse between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Central Time, and at the OSM Knoxville Field Office between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on normal workdays. During this public review period, from September 20, 2016 to November 10, 2016, OSM will accept written comments, objections, or requests for an informal conference relative to this application. Any person having an interest, which is or may be adversely affected by the decision on the applications, may make such written comments during the pubic review period. Persons requesting an informal conference will provide the information specified in 30 CFR 773.6(c).
